About Dr. Cardillo
JoAnn D. Cardillo, Ed.D, brings the experience of a highly successful educational career to this newly formed consulting practice. She has extensive teaching experience and has been a teacher, vice principal, principal, director and executive director in traditional school roles as well as developing new and innovative departments to meet the needs of our ever changing education environment.
Having worked in Pre-K 12 urban and suburban districts, Dr. Cardillo understands the child developmental continuum, and how it applies to the creation of curriculum and ultimately teaching and learning strategies.
JoAnn is a problem solver, she observes, assesses and creates workable solutions that serve schools and districts well. She also studies and applies appropriate business practices to strategic planning and program restructuring.Her broad range of interests lie in strengthening both school and administrative leadership, using school district policies and regulations and guidelines. She has mentored both teachers and administrators as well as observed and evaluated them. She has a passion for assuring that the educators of today and the future serve the next generation of students to be successful young adults.
